摘要
介绍了鞍钢股份有限公司炼钢总厂超低头铸机生产高强船板钢氮含量高的原因以及连铸保护浇注所采取的技术措施。试验研究表明,通过对长水口和密封碗改型、在长水口和钢包下水口间增加新型密封垫、加强开浇与连连浇操作控制、中间包保护渣双层覆盖等技术措施,可以有效降低高强船板钢的氮含量。
The reason why the content of nitrogen in molten steel for high strength ship plate is high during smelting and casting by extra low-head caster in General Steelmaking Plant of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd.is discussed and technical measures for carrying protective casting in continuous casting are introduced.Experimental results show that the content of nitrogen in molten steel for high strength ship plate can be reduced efficiently by taking such measures as revamping the long nozzle and the sealing cup,placing new-type gaskets between the long nozzle and the lower nozzle of the ladle,strengthening the control for start casting and continuous casting batch and using the double-film coating technology for covering the tundish.
