摘要
目前体育彩票市场已初具规模,体育管理人员和代理人员不断增加,经过十几年的发展,体育彩票的类型由单一发展为多样,玩法也是各不相同。然而,到目前为止,我国的体育彩票并没有一个统一的相关法规,体育彩票设置的有关机构、机构的相关编制等等都不能适应于体育彩票的发展状况,严重地影响了体育彩票的正常发展。对此应向着完善体彩市场运营法规,加强体彩市场信息披露等方向迈进。
The sports lottery market has begun to take shape.Sports managers and agents continue to increase.After ten years of development,the type of sports lottery has developed from single form to multiple forms with different playing method.However,so far,China＇s sports lottery has not a unified relevant law and regulation,relevant institutions and related preparation and so on are unable to meet the development of the sports lottery,which seriously affected the normal development of the sports lottery.So we should improve the lottery market operations and regulations,strengthen information disclosure of sports lottery market.
