摘要
对细化硬质合金晶粒的意义及纳米硬质合金的发展现状等概况进行了阐述。采用小角度X射线衍射法对原料WC粉及球磨混合料进行了检测,通过扫描电镜、能谱仪等分析了合金制备过程中抑制剂不均匀所产生的原因及其对合金晶粒大小的影响,改进了抑制剂的生产工艺,成功制备出纳米硬质合金样品。
The significance of cemented carbide grain refinement and the latest development of nano-grained cemented carbide are reviewed. The raw material of WC powder and the milling mixture material are tested by small-angle X-ray diffraction. The causes and the influences on grain size of non-uniform inhibitor distri bution during alloy preparation are analyzed by SEM and EDS. The preparation technology of inhibitor is improved and the sample of nano-grained cemented carbide is successfully prepared.
