摘要
目的探讨血必净注射液对百草枯中毒的治疗效果，分析血必净注射液对百草枯中毒14d内病死率的影响。方法检索国内外1990年1月至2011年4月公开发表的血必净注射液治疗百草枯中毒的相关文献，包括观察性研究和随机对照试验（RCT），对文献进行质量评价，并采用Revman5．0软件进行统计分析。结果最终5篇RCT文献入选，共176例患者。其中90例为常规治疗，死亡54例；86例为常规治疗加用血必净注射液，死亡27例。分析血必净注射液对百草枯中毒14d内病死率的影响。合并结果为；加用血必净注射液组患者14d内病死率明显高于常规治疗组，优势比（OR）=0．29，95％可信区间（95％CI）0．15～0．54，P=0．0001。结论血必净注射液治疗可降低百草枯中毒14d内的病死率。但目前证据尚不充分，需要进行更多质量更高的临床及基础研究以进一步明确其对百草枯中毒病死率的证实。
Objective To evaluate the effect of Xuebijing injection （血必净注射液） on short-term prognosis of patients with paraquat poisoning and analyze the influence of Xuebijing injection on the mortality in 14 days for such patients. Methods All papers about Xuebijing injection for treatment of patients with paraquat poisoning in our country and abroad from January 1990 to April 2011 were searched. The studies were included if the study design was either a randomized controlled trial （RCT） or an observational study with historical controls. We evaluated the quality of the papers, and analyzed them statistically using Revman 5.0 software. Results Finally, from 5 RCT, a total of 176 patients were enrolled. In 90 eases whom conventional therapy was given, 54 died; in 86 cases treated with conventional therapy plus Xuebijing injection, 27 died. Combined results： compared with conventional therapy group, the mortality of paraquat poisoning patients in 14 days of conventional therapy plus Xueijing injection group was significantly low [odds ratio （OR）=0.29, 95% confidence interval （CI） 0.15- 0.54, P=0.000 11. Conclusion This analysis suggests that Xuebijing injection reduce the mortality of patients with paraquat poisoning in 14 days of treatment. However, the current evidence is not sufficient, and clinical and basic studies with higher quality are required to further identify the effect of Xuebijing injection for treatment of such patients.
