摘要
医疗档案管理对我国医疗事业的发展有举足轻重的作用。本文基于1992-2011年CNKI核心期刊文章并以"医疗档案管理"为检索词对其进行标题式检索,之后对检索出的文献进行内容分析,归结出20年来我国医疗档案管理研究主要集中在医疗设备档案管理、医疗事故技术鉴定档案管理、农村合作医疗档案管理、信息技术与医疗档案管理、病历档案管理、医疗机构改革后档案管理和计划生育医疗档案管理七个方面,并对这些研究的相关观点进行了较全面的阐述。同时本文提出了医疗档案管理的研究不足。
Medical archives management has an important role for the development of medical industry. Based on the CNKI core journal article of 1992-2011 years and using ＂medical records management＂ as the title-style search terms to retrieve them, the paper analyzes them,concludes that medical archives management research focuses on medical equipment archives management, medical accident identification archives management, rural cooperative medical archives management, information technology and medical archives management, medical records management, medical archives management after medical institutions reform ,Family Planning medical archives management. It also gives a comprehensive exposition on research related to these opinions. At the same time the paper made a study of medical archives management deficiencies.
