摘要
通过对哈尔滨工程大学船舶工程学院教师近3年发表的论文引文情况进行调查发现,采用引文分析法对于重点学科期刊文献的引文数量、引文类型、期刊引文语种、中英文期刊引文年代、高被引期刊及馆藏零引用期刊等方面的分析,能够合理揭示馆藏期刊资源建设中存在的问题。而且据此提出的合理配置期刊资源、优化馆藏期刊结构、改进传统服务方式等措施有助于提高馆藏期刊资源保障率,满足教师对期刊资源的需求。
According to the survey on the citation of papers during the recent three years by teachers of the college of shipbuilding engineering in Harbin Engineering University,adopting the citation analysis method to analyze the quantity,type,languages,the time of the Chinese and English periodicals of citation,highly cited periodicals and zero-to-cite of periodical collections of the key discipline periodicals offers a reasonable explanation to problems existing in the periodical resources construction.Furthermore,suggestions based on allocating periodical resources rationally,optimizing the structure of collection periodicals and improving traditional service methods would contribute to enhancing periodical guarantee rate,and meeting teachers＇ needs.
