摘要
为了实现有效且高质量的服务,图书馆需从用户的角度评价自身的表现,不仅要建立完善的评估体系,还应建立图书馆独特的评估文化。深入探析图书馆组织文化和评估文化的内涵、分析构建图书馆评估文化的必要性,并将其置于图书馆环境和组织文化的变革之中开展研究,是非常有必要的。
In order to achieve the effective and high quality services,libraries should assess their own performance from the view of users,set up not only a perfect assessment system,but also a unique assessment culture.It is necessary to explore the connotation of organizational culture and culture of assessment of libraries,analyze the necessity of constructing culture of assessment of libraries,and then research it in the revolution of library environment and organizational culture.
