摘要
介绍了影响立式金属罐浮顶与罐底计量精度的因素,针对立式金属罐容量检定规程中关于浮顶与罐底测量方面存在的问题,提出了基于压力变送器测量浮顶质量和基于投入式液位计测量罐底增量的方法,通过浮顶质量和底量测量的模拟实验,验证了方法的可行性,并建立了实时测量系统。
The factors influencing measuring accuracy for vertical metal tank floating roof and the tank bottom are introduced. In order to solve these problems, new methods that on the basis of pressure transmitter floating roof mass and on the basis of the putting-into-type level meter measuring bottom capacity are described. The feasibility of these methods are tested through qualitative analysis of the simulation experimental results. Finally, the real-time measurement system is set up.
