摘要
目的:探讨腹膜后腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术治疗中上段输尿管结石的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2006年6月～2010年10月接受腹膜后腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术治疗的22例输尿管中上段结石患者临床资料。结果:22例患者手术顺利,手术时间55～140 min,平均74.3 min。术中出血10～50mL,平均32.5 mL。术后有1例漏尿2 d。22例随访3～55个月,平均12.1个月,22例肾输尿管积水明显好转,无结石复发和输尿管切开缝合处狭窄。结论:腹膜后腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术治疗输尿管中上段结石,具有安全、并发症少、疗效确切等优点。
Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of retroperitoneal laparoscopic ureterolithotomy for treating middle and upper ureteral calculus.Methods： Data of 22 cases with middle and upper ureteral calculus that underwent retroperitoneal laparoscopic ureterolithotomy from June 2006 to October 2010 were reviewed and evaluated.Results： All procedures were performed successfully.Mean operation time was74.3 minutes ranging from 55 to 140 minutes.Mean blood loss volumes was 32.5 mL ranging from 10 to 50 mL.Urine leakage lasted for 2 days occurred in 1 case.Uronephrosis was improved in all cases.Neither recurent caleulus nor ureteric stricture was found.Conclusions： Retroperitoneal laparoscopic ureterolithotomy is a safe and effective treatment for middle and upper ureteral calculus.
