摘要
悬臂梁是现代自升式钻井平台的重要组成部分,它提高了平台的钻井数量、钻井效率及钻井作业的灵活性。以一座自升式钻井平台的x型悬臂梁为研究对象,对悬臂梁尺度、钻井作业时的受力状态及强度校核方法进行了分析。提出了悬臂梁长度、风载荷最大弯矩的入射方向和许用钻井负荷图的确定方法,为悬臂梁的设计和安全操作奠定了基础。
Cantilever beam is an important part of jack up drilling platform. With the help of the Cantilever beam, the quantity of drilling wells is increased and the efficiency and flexibility of drilling operation is improved. In this paper, X type cantilever beam is selected and studied, which dimension, force status and stress check under drilling condition is analyzed. A method for defining the length, incidence direction of maximum wind moment and the chart of allowed drilling load is put forward. Results of the research can be used for design and safe operation of the cantilever beam.
