摘要目的观察曲美他嗪对2型糖尿病合并心力衰竭患者的治疗作用。方法 160例患者随机分为曲美他嗪组和对照组,对照组给予降血糖及常规抗心力衰竭治疗,曲美他嗪组在上述治疗的基础上加用曲美他嗪30mg tid,共治疗6个月。分别测定治疗前后两组患者的脑钠肽(BNP)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDd)和左心室射血分数(LVEF)。结果 6个月时曲美他嗪组较对照组BNP进一步下降,LVEDd进一步减小,LVEF进一步增加。结论在常规治疗基础上加用曲美他嗪曲可进一步改善2型糖尿病合并心力衰竭患者的心功能。 Objective To observe therapeutic value of trimetazidine in patients with 2-diabetes with heart failure.Methods 160 cases were randomly divided into trimetazidine group and the control group,the control group had been given hypoglycemic and routine anti-heart failure treatment,the trimetazidine group therapy on the basis of the above plus trimetazidine 30mg tid,for 6 months.Relults At 6-month,contrast the control group,in trimetazidine group the level of BNP is lower,LVEDd is smaller,LVEF is furtherly increased.Conclusion Trimetazidine on the basis of the routine antiheart failure treatment may furtherly improve the heart function of the patients with 2-diabetes with heart failure.
