摘要
中国石油以ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning,企业资源计划)为核心的信息化工作正在稳步、快速的推进,ERP系统在销售企业中的上线实施切实提高了石油销售企业财务管理水平。基于中国石油销售企业实施ERP的丰富项目背景,从采购业务与财务的集成、销售业务与财务的集成、库存管理及资金管理四个方面来阐述ERP系统是如何增强销售企业的财务管理水平的。最后,介绍了实施ERP系统的销售企业的实施效果。
ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning, Enterprise Resource Planning) as the core of information technology work is steady and fast forward in Petrochina, and the ERP implementation of Petroleum Sales Company t effectively improve the financial management. Based on the projects rich background of Petroleum Sales Company implementing ERP, from procurement and financial integration, sales and fi- nancial integration, inventory management and financial management of four areas to elaborate how the ERP system to enhance Petroleum Sales Company's financial management level. Finally, the implementation result of ERP systems implementation in Petroleum Sales Company is presented.
