摘要
目的:探讨磨牙急性牙髓炎直接封失活剂法的效果。方法:选择260例磨牙急性牙髓炎随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组156例用直接封失活剂法,对照组104例用牙髓摘除术治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:直接封失活剂法治疗磨牙急性牙髓炎是一种操作简单、快捷、安全、临床效果良好的方法,具有实用性及可推广性。
Objective：To investigate the effect of pulp devitalization on treating acute pulpitis.Methods： 260 teeth were randomly divided into treatment group（156 cases）and control group（104 cases）：treatment group was treated with pulp devitalization and control group was treated with pulpectomy.Results：The total effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Treatment of acute pulpitis with pulp devitalization is a simple,convenient,safe and effective method.The method is practical and may be popularized.
