深部钻探绳索取心孕镶金刚石钻头的关键技术 被引量:9

Study on working features and critical technology of wire-line coring impregnated diamond bit in deep hole drilling

摘要 本文探讨了深部绳索取心钻探钻头的工作特征,在量化分析钻头寿命对钻探效率影响的基础上,集成研究了提高深孔钻头寿命的一些措施,包括提高工作层高度、加强保径、提高保径规的高度、采用金刚石有序排布技术、聚晶与工作层复合技术、粉末石墨装料技术以及采用合理钻进工艺参数等。所获得的结论对提高孕镶绳索取心钻头的效率和使用寿命有积极作用。 Wire-line coring method has many advantages in deep hole drilling,and the longevity of the drill bit has a great influence on the efficiency of wire-line coring.This paper presented the characteristics of wire-line coring impregnated diamond bit in deep hole drilling.The authors summarized and discussed the measures of improving the bit life generally,such as increasing the height of working layer,strengthening radius retention,increasing the height of radius retention gauge,orderly arraying of diamond grits,PCD-impregnated working layer,using powder graphite,and adopting rational drilling parameters and so on.The conclusions would be helpful on improving the efficiency and bit life of wire-line coring impregnated diamond bit.
