本文探讨了在博物馆宣教讲解工作中如何更好地运用情感交流,获得与观众良好的沟通效果,充分发挥博物馆的社会教育职能。
This paper discusses on how to better use emotional communication in the propaganda education and explanation work of museum,in order to achieve a good communication effect with visitors and full play the social education function of museum.
