摘要
鉴于目前绝大部分职教集团通过不同形式的契约联结运转,无论是松散联结或者紧密联结,因缺乏独立法人资格这一市场化运作的核心要素,集团组织功能的发挥存在机制障碍,由此限制了集团规模效益的发挥。职业教育集团化发展需要理顺和优化内部组织机制,以组织治理和利益交换机制增强集团成员单位之间的凝聚力,为集团发展提供有效驱动和支撑。
Nowadays,most of vocational education groups are run by different modes of contracts.However,no matter it is relax coupling or close coupling,the exertion of functions of those groups confront with mechanism obstacles because of lack of independent juridical person qualification that is the core factor of marketing operation.Therefore,the development of vocational education group should put in order and optimize the inside organization mechanism,enhance the cohesion of member units by organization administration and benefit exchange mechanism to provide effective drive and support for the development of group.
