摘要
高职英语教学中存在教学对象基础薄弱、师资力量不足、教学手段相对滞后、教学模式陈旧等问题。基于教学实践,在教学中开展反思性教学是解决上述问题的一条有效途径。反思性教学要求教师要学会反思,既要对教学实践本身进行反思总结,也要对教学主体进行反思,最终实现"教"与"学"双向的良性互动。
The English teaching of higher vocational education faces with various problems nowadays including weak basis of teaching objects,lack of teaching staff,obsolete teaching measures and old teaching model,etc.To carry out reflective teaching is an effective approach for solving the problems.Reflective teaching requires teachers to reflect,namely reflecting and summarizing teaching practices and teaching subjects,with the aims of achieving interaction of teaching and learning.
