胃癌根治术后早期肠内营养的效果观察 被引量:11

摘要 目的观察胃癌根治术后早期实施肠内营养的效果。方法将90例胃癌根治术后患者随机分为观察组和对照组各45例。观察组术后第2天给予肠内营养,对照组行常规治疗。结果观察组术后肛门排气时间为(3.24±1.35)d,术后排便时间为(4.40±1.22)d,进流质饮食时间为(5.22±1.23)d,进半流质时间为(8.05±1.55)d,住院时间为(13.56±1.25)d;对照组分别为(4.63±1.63)d、(5.63±1.37)d、(6.15±1.44)d、(9.54±1.33)d、(15.74±1.27)d,两组比较,P均<0.05。治疗后7 d,观察组外周血总蛋白、白蛋白、前白蛋白及WBC、Hb均较对照组高(P均<0.05)。观察组术后并发脂肪液化4例,切口感染2例,肺部感染1例,吻合口瘘1例,肠梗阻1例,切口裂开1例,发热1例;对照组分别为4、4、3、3、4、3、3例,两组除术后并发脂肪液化外并发症发生情况相比,P均<0.05。结论胃癌根治术后早期行肠内营养能迅速改善患者营养状况,促进胃肠道功能恢复,减少术后并发症,缩短住院时间。
