摘要
为了对某新城疫免疫鸡群发生的疫病进行准确诊断,根据流行病学调查、临床症状、病理变化和抗体监测作出初步诊断后,采集病料通过细菌学和RT-PCR进行病原检测,确诊为新城疫强毒感染。
The objective of this study was to diagnosis the Newcastle disease vaccine immune chickens occurred disease,According to epidemiological investigation,clinical symptom,pathological observation and antibody monitoring were primarily diagnosed,the virulent Newcastle disease virus infected were definitely diagnosed through bacteriology and RT-PCR.
