摘要
目前我国执业药师的数量和服务质量与发达国家相比存在一定的差距,特别是职业中药师,还不能满足医药卫生事业发展的需要。这与高等院校对于中药学人才的培养模式欠缺有一定的关系。本文从中医药院校的培养模式、课程设置等方面初步探索了如何开展适应执业中药师工作需求的中药学教育。
The quantity and quality of licensed pharmacists in China has certain disparity with the developed countries. It has relationship with the deficiency of education model in the colleges and universities. This article explores how to launch the education reform to meet the requirement of licensed pharmacist of Traditional Chinese medicine such as training mode or curriculum design.
