摘要
目的探讨口腔鳞状细胞癌(OSCC)中基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)和p63蛋白表达与OSCC生物学行为的关系。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测68例手术切除的OSCC组织及正常组织中MMP-9和p63蛋白表达。结果 OSCC中MMP-9和p63表达阳性率分别为76.5%和79.4%。MMP-9表达可能在肿瘤浸润、淋巴结转移过程中发挥一定作用,而p63表达与肿瘤的分化程度密切相关。结论 MMP-9和p63异常表达与OSCC的病理生物学行为密切相关,可作为预测OSCC转移潜能和评估OSCC患者预后的指标。
Objective To investigate the expression of matrix metalloproteinase 9(MMP-9) and p63 in the progression of oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC).Methods The expression of MMP-9 and p63 protein was detected by SP immunohistochemical method in 68 cases of OSCC and normal tissues.Results The positive expression rates of MMP-9 and p63 in OSCC were 76.5% and 79.4%.The positive expression rate of MMP-9 in OSCC increased significantly and correlated closely with the progression of tumor pathological stage.The positive expression rate of p63 in OSCC correlated closely with the progression of tumor differentiation grade.Conclusion The expression of MMP-9 and p63 in OSCC correlates closely with the invasion and metastasis of OSCC,which may be a new biological markers to predict the prognosis of OSCC.
