摘要
生态问题和生态经济是人类面临的重大崭新课题,应当通过深入研究来深化马克思主义经济学说。本文提出广义现代生产力系统论、生态产业(第四产业)论、生态—经济兼容阈际论、运用社会主义优势推进全覆盖的循环经济链论,同时澄清流行一时的靠"经济人"和西方自由市场模式改变生态环境以及原生态绝对论等诸多偏颇见解,倡导在中国特色社会主义制度下致力建设"资源节约型、环境友好型"社会,从根本上优化生态环境,发展生态经济和生态产业。
The ecological issue and ecological economy are two great projects that human beings face.This paper proposes a few theories: the systematic theory of the broad modern productivity,theory of ecological industry,theory of ecological-economy compatibility.At the same time,it clarifies some errors that 'economists' and western liberal market pattern change the primitive ecology and suggests to build resource-saving and environment-friendly society to optimize the ecological environment and develop the ecological economy and industry.
