摘要
简述了叶片泵有关输入水力功率方面的欠缺,并分析了现行理论运用动量矩定理的过程中存在疑点。指出输入水力功率与输出功率的本质区别,阐明了旋转叶轮内的非定常流、非惯性系等特性,初步提出了输入水力功率由两种分功率合成新构思,且第一种分功率随流量增大而增大,第二种分功率随流量增大而减小,从而合理解释离心泵、混流泵、轴流泵的输入功率曲线分别呈上升、基本水平、下降的规律。
The flaws of current theories of rotodynamic pump was described,and the doubt which exists in the process of applying theorem of moment of momentum in current theories is analyzed.It is pointed out that the essential difference between power output and hydraulic power input,and the characteristics of unsteady flow and non-inertial system in the impeller should be known more fully,and it is concluded that the power input consists of two power components,the value of first power component increases with the increase of the flow rate,the value of second power component decreases with the increase of the flow rate,therefore,the law of rise,basic levelness and drop of power input curves of centrifugal pump,mixed-flow pump and axial-flow pump can be explained reasonably.
