摘要
目的调查我院住院患者2010年抗肿瘤药物使用情况,对目前抗肿瘤药物的使用状况及发展趋势进行分析。方法统计我院2010年抗肿瘤药物使用的种类及所需费用,采用用药频度(DDDs)方法,对抗肿瘤药用药频度和用药费用进行分析。结果统计显示我院2010年应用抗肿瘤药物6大类共34个品种,DDDs排序前3位的是顺铂、氟尿嘧啶、环磷酰胺注射液。结论抗肿瘤植物药及其衍生物、其他抗肿瘤药及辅助治疗药、抗肿瘤抗生素、烷化剂和抗代谢药是我院目前肿瘤治疗的主要用药方向。
Objective To investigate the antineoplastic drugs used in 2010 in our hospital and analyze the current situation and future trend of antineoplastic use.Methods The data of frequency and cost of antineoplastic based on DDDs methods were analyzed.Results There were 6 categories,34 kinds of antineoplastic drugs used in 2010.Cisplatin injection,Fluorouracil injection and Cyclophosphamide injection were the top 3 drugs in all antineoplastic DDDs.Conclusion Antineoplastic plant medicament and it＇s ramification,the other antineoplastic and assistant drugs,antineoplastic antibiotics,alkylation drugs and antimetabolite drugs are the main kinds for tumor treatment in our hospital.
