浸入式水口结构对大方坯结晶器流场和温度场影响的数学模拟 被引量:4

摘要 利用Fluent软件针对南钢大方坯结晶器建立了三维有限差分模型,计算了连铸结晶器内的流场和温度场,分析了浸入式水口倾角和水口出口面积对结晶器内流场和温度场的影响。当浸入式水口倾角为10°时,大方坯结晶器流场和温度场分布较为合适;水口出口面高度为(18+2×18)mm时,浸入式水口出口面积较合适。 A three-dimensional finite difference model used for the bloom mould at Nanjing Steel is established by means of the software Fluent.The fluid field and temperature field in the bloom mould are calculated,the influences of submerged nozzle angle and size of nozzle port on fluid field and temperature field in the mould are analyzed.When the angle of submerged nozzle is 10°,the distribution of fluid field and temperature field in the bloom mould are appropriate,and the appropriate size of submerged nozzle port is(18+2×18)mm.
