摘要
目的建立骨炎灵颗粒中阿魏酸的含量测定方法。方法采用RH—HPLC法，十八烷基硅烷键合相色谱柱；流动相为甲醇-乙腈-1．0％冰醋酸溶液（24：4：72）；检测波长322nm。结果阿魏酸在0．073～2．92μg范围内与峰面积呈很好的线性关系，平均回收率为98．06％，RSD=1．23％（n=6）。结论所建方法结果准确、操作简便，能用于控制骨炎灵颗粒的质量。
Objective To establish a method to determine ferulaic acid in Guyanling Granule. Methods A RP-HPLC method was adopted with C18 column（4.6 mmx 150 ram,5 tx m）. The mobile phase was consisted of methanol-acetonitrile-1.0% acetic acid （24±72）, detection wavelength was set at 322 nm. Results The calibration curve showed a good linearity within the range of 0.073± 2.92μg, r=-0.9999. The average recovery was 98.06% with RSD of 1.23%（n=6）. Conclusion The method is accurate, simple and reliable for the ~ualitv control of Guvanling Granule.
