摘要
在多管程换热器管板计算中,应进行隔板槽面积的计算。GB151-1999《管壳式换热器》中给出了两管程正三角形和正方形排管换热器隔板槽面积的计算公式,本文补充了两管程换热器其余的两种排管形式及四管程换热器管子在各种排列方式下隔板槽面积的计算公式。
In the tubesheet calculation of tubular heat exchangers with multi-tube sides,the calculation of the bulkhead tank area is needed.The calculation of the bulkhead tank area about two-tube sides heat exchangers with tubes arranged as regular triangles and tubes arranged as squares have been given in the GB151-1999《Tubular heat exchangers》.This paper will give the calculation of the bulkhead tank area about multi-tube sides heat exchangers with tubes arranged as any ways.
