摘要
采用一种新型微电解材料处理实际印染废水,探讨了影响处理效果的诸多因素,并通过正交试验确定了最佳处理条件。在曝气量0.75 L/min、反应时间2 h、进水pH值为4、材料投加量为0.6 kg/L时,印染废水的CODCr和色度去除率分别达到80%和92%以上。本法处理效果明显高于传统铁炭法,CODCr和色度去除率分别高出30%和6%,并且在材料钝化板结和运行稳定性方面得到了很好的解决,具有广阔的应用前景。
A novel micro-electrolytic material was used to treat printing and dyeing wastewater,the factors affecting the treatment effect were discussed;and the optimal condition for the treatment was determined through the orthogonal test.The results showed that,when the aeration quantity was 0.75 L/min,the reaction time was 2 h,the influent pH value was 4,the material dosage was 0.6 kg/L,the removal rates of CODCr and colority in the printing and dyeing wastewater reached above 80% and 92% respectively.The comparison results of traditional iron-carbon process with the said novel process showed that,using the latter one to treat printing and dyeing wastewater could get a better effect,which was represented by the following aspects: the removal rates of CODCr and colority were 30% and 6% higher respectively;the problems of material passivation and hardening and unstable operation of the system were solved perfectly.Therefore,the novel micro-electrolytic material would have a broad application prospect.
