摘要
目的探讨菠萝蛋白酶肠溶衣片的质量标准。方法用菠萝蛋白酶将酪蛋白水解为酪氨酸，用紫外光度法测定菠萝蛋白酶含量并计算效价。结果菠萝蛋白酶的效价线性范围为30～70U·mL^-1，平均回收率为99．25％。结论所用方法正确可行，能控制菠萝蛋白酶肠溶衣片的质量。
Objective To investigate quality standards of Bromelain Enteric Coated Tablet. Methods Casein was hydrolyzed for tyrosine with bromelain, then bromelain was determined by UV spectrophotometry and calculated the potency. Results The linear range of bromelain potency was 30 -70 U·mL^-1, the average recovery was 99.25%. Conclusion The method was correct and feasible,it can be used to control the quality of Bromelain Enteric Coated Tablet.
