摘要
中国传统调解回应了当时社会历史条件下面临的经济、社会和文化需求,有效地实现了纠纷解决和秩序维护,在当时的社会语境下具有正当性和合理性。作为一种历史文化传统,对当今社会法治建设具有重要影响。
Traditional mediation system met the requirement of economy,society and culture under those social historical conditions.Based on the social environment,it is right and proper,and this system resolved disputes and maintained rules efficiently at once.To be a historical culture tradition,it always impacts social legal construction in nowadays.
