123例老年髋部骨折患者术后谵妄发生的危险因素分析 被引量：9

摘要 谵妄是一种短暂的急性精神混乱状态，其包括意识状态的紊乱，保持和转移注意力的能力发生降低，记忆障碍。在髋部骨折患者中谵妄的出现多见于术后2～5d，这种状态被认为与患者的预后，如患病率、病死率，住院时间长短有一定相关。
