A_2N-SBR短程硝化反硝化系统内菌种培养驯化的试验研究 被引量:2

Experimental study on the cultivation and domestication of microorganisms in A_2N-SBR shortcut nitrification-denitrification system

摘要 为了研究A_2N-SBR短程硝化反硝化系统内亚硝化细菌和短程反硝化聚磷菌的培养驯化,以实际生活污水为试样,对A_2N-SBR系统内N-SBR反应器和A_2-SBR反应器的菌种分别进行培养驯化。结果表明:在温度为26~28℃,pH值为7.5-8.0,DO质量浓度为0.4~0.8 mg/L的条件下,经过38 d的连续运行,在N-SBR反应器内驯化出了亚硝化细菌,氨氮的去除率和亚硝化率分别达到97.0%和96.5%;在温度为25~26℃,pH值为7.0~8.0的条件下,采用先厌氧/好氧后厌氧/缺氧的运行方式,经过78 d的连续运行,在A2-SBR反应器内驯化出短程反硝化聚磷菌,COD和P_4^(3-)的去除率分别达到86.2%和96.4%,NO_2^--N的质量浓度也由29.9 mg/L降为0.35mg/L。研究表明,通过控制适宜的环境条件,在A_2N-SBR系统的N-SBR反应器和A_2-SBR反应器内能够分别培养驯化出亚硝化细菌和短程反硝化聚磷菌。 The present study aims at on enriching and cultivating the nitrosation bacteria and shortcut denitrifying phosphorus removing bacteria ( DPB ) in A2N - SBR ( anaerobic/anoxic/nitrifying- se- quencing batch reactor) shortcut nitrification-denitrification system. In conducting our experiments on the above said enrichment and cul- tivation of the bacterias, we have adopted a N - SBR ( nitrifying-se- quencing batch reactor) reactor and a A2 - SBR (anaerobic/anoxic- sequencing batch reactor) reactor of the A2N - SBR (anaerobic/ anoxic/nitrifying-sequencing batch reactor) system respectively and daily domestic sewage test samples. The results of our experiments show that it is possible to achieve our goal of domesticating nitrosation bacteria in N - SBR (nitrifying-sequencing batch reactor) reactor, with the removal efficiency of ammonia nitrogen at the temperature between 26-28 ~, the pH value between 7.5 - 8.0, DO within 0.4 -0.8 mg/L after continuous running of 38 d, the nitrite accumu- lation rate going up as high as to 96 % and 95 % , respectively ; under the temperature within 25 -26 ~C , pH value within 7.0 - 8.0, that the reactor was operated under anaerobic-aerobic condition firstly then operated at the condition of anaerobic-anoxic, at the same time NO2- - N was added to anoxie stage, after continuous running of 78 d the shortcut denitrifying phosphorus removal bacteria was successfully domesticated in A2-SBR reactor (anaerobic/anoxie-sequeneing batch reactor), the removal efficiency of COD and PO43 - are reached to 86.2% and 96.4% respectively, and the concentration of NO2- -N tends to decrease from 28.19 mg/.L of inflow to 0.35 mg/L. Through controlling the appropriate environmental conditions, it is possible to cultivate and domesticate the nitrosation bacteria and shortcut denitrifying phosphorus removing bacteria successfully in the nitrifying-sequencing batch reactor ,and A2 - SBR reactor of the A2N - SBR system.
