摘要
结合居住实态进行调研,实地考察大学毕业生住房构成模式,分析大学毕业生低收入群体住房存在的问题及总结问题成因,进而从国家政策和制度、设计实践等层面提出举措,以期为今后大学毕业生低收入聚居群体住房设计提供参考,解决日益严峻的大学毕业生低收入聚居群体住房问题。
By investigating university graduates＇ housing conditions and doing onthe-spot research on their housing constitute model, the thesis aims to analyze the housing problems of low-income university graduates and summarize its cause, furthermore to offer certain advices from the state policy, system and design practice, meanwhile to put forward measures for housing design for future low-income university graduates ,then to solve the severe group housing problems.
