摘要
雷击是导致10 kV配电线路故障的重要原因之一。衡量线路防雷性能优劣的重要标准有两个:一是线路雷击跳闸率;二是线路耐雷水平。结合广西某市10 kV配电线路实际运行中配电变压器雷害情况和典型事例,在雷电活动频繁地区,通过对易受雷击配电变压器的现场调研和接地电阻的测量,分析并指出该地区配电变压器防雷措施存在配变安装位置问题、接地电阻问题和接地引下线问题,并在此基础上提出配电变压器防雷的预防措施以及相应的整改完善措施,达到提高线路耐雷水平,确保配电线路的供电可靠性,达到电网安全稳定运行的目的。
Lightning strike is one of the important factors which causes the 10 kV distribution lines faults. There are two significant parameters to evaluate the power line performance on preventing lightning strikes: one is the lightning trip-out rate, the other is the lightning withstand level of power line. Combining with the actual operation conditions and typical examples of lightning in the district 10kV distribution lines which belong to the city's suburb power supply bureau in Guangxi and located in the frequent lightning activity areas, it is analyzed and proposed that the problems of installation position, grounding resistance and grounding downlead exist in aspects of lightning protection measures of the regional distribution transformers, through grounding resistance measurement and on-site investigation of the distribution transformers which are susceptible to lightning strikes. The preventive measures of distribution transformer lightning prevention and corresponding rectification and improving measures are put forward which increase lightning withstand level of the power line and the reliability and security of power supply increase in distribution networks.
