摘要
目的应用中医病案质控软件,使病案质控质量指标可测量化,减少病案质控人为因素干扰,提高病案质控水平。方法采用ASP.Net语言为工具,以SQLSERVER 2005作为后台数据库。结果医院管理层和临床科室可及时掌握各项病案质量指标,并针对存在的问题及时采取预防纠正措施。结论通过质控软件的使用,逐步规范病案质控程序,使质控结果规范化、标准化,增加病案之间横向可比性。
Objective Using the chinese medical records quality control software to ensure the quality indicators can be measured,the man-made interference can be reduced.Methods Using ASP Net languages as a tool and SQLSERVER2005 as a back-end database.Results Hospital management and clinical department can grasp quality indicators and take preventive measures timely.Conclusion We can standardize quality control procedures gradually and increase the horizontal comparability by using the quality control software.
