摘要
直肠癌是最常见的胃肠道恶性肿瘤之一,在国内外发病率呈上升趋势。手术切除仍是目前直肠癌首选的治疗手段。术前影像学肿瘤分期诊断评估,可以为患者选择合适的术式及治疗方案提供重要信息。MR I因其极佳的软组织分辨率和多方位、多参数成像的特点在直肠癌临床诊治中发挥了独特的优势。本文就近几年对MR I检查在直肠癌临床诊治中的研究做一综述。
Rectal cancer is among the most common gastrointestinale malignancy, with an increasing incidence rate at home and abroad. Surgical resection is presently the first choice for treatment. Preoperative imaging assessment of tumor stages can provide important information for the determination of operation technique and suitable treatment plan. MRI exhibits a unique ad- vantage in the diagnosis and treatment of rectal cancer because of its excellent soft tissue resolutions and its multi - dimensional and multi - parameters imaging characteristics. A review of clinical application of MRI in the diagnosis and treatment of rectal cancer in recent years is presented in this article.
