摘要 目的探讨气管插管术在移动救护车中开展的方法及意义。方法对急救中心在近4年院前急救中实施心肺复苏、开展气管插管术的46例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,比较现场气管插管组与移动救护车内插管组插管成功率的差异。结果院前现场气管插管一次成功24例,成功率为92.3%,移动救护车内气管插管一次成功19例,成功率为95.0%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论移动救护车内气管插管与现场环境中气管插管的一次成功率无明显差异,院前进行心肺复苏时,如果现场环境不适合气管插管时,可以在移动救护车内积极开展气管插管术。 Objective To investigate the method and significance of tracheal intubation in moving ambulance.Methods Retrospective analysis of 46 patients underwent tracheal intubation and CPR during the past four years were performed.Success rates of tracheal intubation were compared between the on-site group and the moving ambulance group.Results Successful incubations were conducted in 24 cases from the on-site group(92.3%) and in 19 cases from the moving ambulance group(95.0%).No significant differences were noted between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion During the pre-hospital emergency care with CPR,tracheal intubation might as well be performed in the moving ambulance if on-site intubation was difficult to carry out.
