摘要
现代高层建筑,幕墙因其独特的风格、漂亮的外形而备受推崇。文章结合典型案例分析了高层建筑幕墙火灾的特性与危害性,指出了现在幕墙火灾防治中存在防火检测标准亟待更新、有关部门安全监管不力、消防安全责任方监管淡漠、技术水平和生产条件落后等几个方面的问题,提出了应及时修订和完善新材料的检测标准、合理采用防火玻璃、加大职能部门对高层建筑幕墙监督管理力度、对新型保温材料和幕墙金属面板材料的防火标准进行重新评估和审定以及推出对新材料、新技术和新设备的研发激励机制等防治对策。
Because of its unique style and beautiful appearances,curtain walls are widely used for modern high-rise buildings.Based on some typical cases,this paper analyzes the characteristics and damages of curtain wall fire hazards in high-rise buildings,and points out some problems existed in the prevention of fire hazards,such as the old fire detection standards,the weak supervision of organizations concerned,the indifferent regulation of fire safety involved parties,the backward technical skills and production conditions.Then some solutions to the problems are proposed,recommending that the detection standards for new materials should be revised and perfected timely,fire-resistant glass be employed reasonably,the supervision and regulation of relevant organizations on curtain walls be strengthened,the fire prevention standards on advanced thermal insulation materials and curtain wall metal penal materials be reappraised,and the incentive mechanism for the research and development of new materials,technologies and equipments be launched.
