众生丸体内抗H9N2亚型禽流感病毒的研究 被引量:2

Experimental study of anti-influenza virus H9N2 of Zhongsheng Pill in vivo of mice

摘要 目的:研究众生丸对滴鼻感染H9N2亚型禽流感病毒的小鼠的治疗作用。方法:以利巴韦林及达菲为阳性对照,通过小鼠滴鼻感染H9N2亚型禽流感病毒,分别建立小鼠禽流感病毒性肺炎动物模型和禽流感病毒感染致小鼠死亡的动物模型,观察小鼠肺部病变和死亡情况,评价众生丸对感染H9N2亚型禽流感病毒小鼠的治疗效果。结果:众生丸高中低剂量均可显著降低禽流感病毒性肺炎小鼠的肺指数(P<0.05,P<0.01),能减少感染小鼠的死亡数,延长平均存活时间,但与病毒对照组比较无统计学差异。结论:众生丸对滴鼻感染禽流感病毒H9N2亚型的小鼠有一定的治疗作用。 Objective:To study the Zhongsheng Pill on the intranasal infection of H9N2 subtype avian influenza virus of mice.Methods:Ribavirin as a positive control,mice were intranasally infected by H9N2 subtype avian influenza virus,avian influenza virus in mice were established animal models of pneumonia and avian influenza virus infection in mice caused by the death of animal models to observe the small mouse lung lesions and death to study the Zhongsheng Pill vivo avian influenza virus subtype H9N2 infection in mice protective effect.Results:The Zhongsheng Pill can significantly reduce the avian influenza virus pneumonia in mice lung index,reduce the number of deaths in mice exposed to extend the average survival time.Conclusion:Zhongsheng Pill on intranasal H9N2 subtype avian influenza virus in mice have some protective effect.
