摘要
                
                    通过应用正交设计法对冷气分离装置进行设计,并开展数值模拟,分析分离装置中气瓶容积、气瓶压力、介质温度和扩张比对有效冲量和后效冲量的影响。结果表明:扩张比对有效冲量的影响程度最大,介质的初始压力和气瓶容积是分离装置冲量影响较大的两个参数,介质温度对有效冲量的影响程度较小而对后效冲量影响较大,分离装置设计中应采用容积较小且设计压力较高的气瓶。
                
                The orthogonal design method was applied to guide the design of cold-gas separating device; also the numerical simulation efforts were performed to investigate the effect of vessel volume, pressure, medium temperature as well as nozzle area ratio on the effective impulse and aftereffect impulse. The results showed that the effective impulse was affected by the ratio of nozzle significantly, the initial medium pressure and vessel volume influenced the impulse moderately, the medium temperature impacted effective impulse weakly but had a great influence on the aftereffect impulse; a vessel with small volume and high design pressure was recommended for cold-gas separating device design.
