摘要
在小儿外科医学生临床实习过程中存在小儿外科医患关系复杂、实习生态度不端正、积极性不高、学习任务重、带教老师工作压力大、医疗任务繁重等影响医学生临床实习质量的因素.通过改善医患关系、加强带教队伍建设、正确指导实习生的临床实习等措施可有效提高医学生在小儿外科的临床实习质量.
In pediatric surgery clinical practice of medical students pediatric surgical doctor--patient relationship exists in the process of complex, interns attitude, enthusiasm is not tall, heavy study tasks, teachers work pressure, medical tasks of medical students clinical practice quality factors. By improving the doctor--patient relationship, strengthen the teaching team construction, correctly guide intern clinical practice are effective measures to improve the medical students in pediatric surgery clinical practice quality.
