摘要
将万州区牌楼段的长江水与金属离子混合,通过测定荧光光谱得出,在金属离子质量浓度较低(1.0×10-7mg/mL)时,长江水中的腐殖质与金属离子发生螯合作用而使荧光强度降低,而在更高浓度时,则由于吸附/解吸作用而使荧光强度增强。三维荧光谱图的测定结果表明,金属离子浓度的大小决定了其与腐殖质的基团反应类型。实验结果表明,长江水体中的有机质主要来源输入为沿岸土壤溶解到水中的有机质,而由微生物的生命活动带来的有机质较少。通过实验可以定性检测长江水体被金属离子污染的程度。
Water samples were collected in Wanzhou District of the Yangtse River and mixed with different concentration of metal ions.These water samples were characterized by the fluorescence spectra and three-dimensional excitation emission matrix(3DEEM) fluorescence spectroscopy so as to investigate the interaction between metal ions and dissolved organic matters(DOM).The results showed that the fluorescent intensity of Yangtse water decreased after adding the lower concentration of metal ions(below 1.0×10-7mg/mL),which because of the complexation between the metal and DOM.However,the fluorescence intensity increased with increasing the concentration of metal ions,which was due to the adsorption-desorption of metal ions.3DEEM fluorescence spectroscopy explored that the type of metal ions interaction with DOM was depend on the concentration of mental ions.The assessment indicated that the DOM in Yangtse water was mainly derived from the soil of coastwise,but not the microbial activity.This method could be applied for qualitative determination the degree of metal pollution in Yangtse River.
