摘要
目的:观察乌梅水煎液对小鼠镇静、催眠及抗惊厥作用。方法:将小鼠分为乌梅水煎液(高、中、低)组、艾司唑仑与空白对照组。利用光电计数法观察乌梅水煎液对小鼠自发活动的影响,利用延长戊巴比妥钠睡眠时间实验和戊巴比妥钠阈下催眠剂量实验,观察乌梅水煎液对小鼠催眠的作用,并考察了乌梅水煎液对尼可刹米致小鼠惊厥的抗惊厥作用。结果:不同剂量组的乌梅水煎液、艾司唑仑与生理盐水组比较,能明显减少小鼠的自主活动次数(P<0.05);能显著缩短阈上剂量戊巴比妥钠致小鼠入睡时间,延长睡眠持续时间(P<0.05);明显增加戊巴比妥钠阈下剂量小鼠入睡只数(P<0.05);乌梅水煎液中高剂量组有一定的抗惊厥作用。结论:乌梅具有镇静催眠及抗惊厥的作用。
Objective:To study the sedative,hypnotic and antiseizure effects of Wu Mei Solution in mice.Methods:The mice were devided into different dose of Wu Mei Solution group,estazolam group and control group.The spontaneous activity was observed with Wu Mei Solution in mice.The hypnotic effect of Wu Mei Solution was assessed by investigating the changes in the pentobarbital sodium induced sleeping.Wu Mei Solution was tested for its antiseizure efect in mice with nikethamide induced convulsion.Results:To compared with the isotonic Na chloride group,different dose of Wu Mei Solution and estazolam obviously inhibited spontaneous activities of the mice(P0.05).For the pentobarbital-induced sleeping,the sleeping-time Was obviously prolonged(P0.05).The incubation period Was shortened significantly(P0.05)and the number of mice falling asleep under the threshold dose of pentobarbital Was obviously increased(P0.05).The middle and high dose of Wu Mei Solution also showed antiseizure effects in mice.Conclusion:Wu Mei Solution has sedative,hypnotic and antiseizure effects in mice with dose-dffect relationship.
