摘要
目的探讨皮肤扩张器加自体肋软骨移植耳廓再造的手术方式及临床效果。方法 12例先天小耳畸形患者应用皮肤软组织扩张术加自体肋软骨移植术行全耳廓再造术治疗。结果 12例随访6个月至2年,11例再造耳廓位置基本正常。皮肤质地较好,三维结构清晰,医患双方基本满意;1例耳廓塌陷,外形不理想。结论皮肤扩张器加自体肋软骨移植全耳廓再造术式术后效果比较理想,是目前全耳廓再造术式的首选术式之一。
Objective To study the clinical effect and operation procedures of skin expander plus autologous transplantation in total auricle reconstruction.Methods Twelve cases of congenital malformation of small ears were treated with skin and soft tissure dilatation plus autologous costal cartilage transplantation for total auricle reconstruction.Results All 12 cases were followed up for 6 months to 2 years,and the position of reengineering auricle in 11 cases was basically normal.The skin quality of material was good,3 dimension structure was clear,both physicians and patients were basically satisfactory.Collapse of auricle occurred in 1 case and its appearance was not ideal.Conclusion At present time,skin expander plus autologous transplantation for total auricle reconstruction is a kind of operation procedure for auricle reconstruction.
