摘要
目的:探讨循证护理在预防血液透析中低血压的应用。方法:将24例血液透析患者随机分成两组,观察组12例,运用循证护理方法进行分析、提出问题、查阅文献,并进行评估,制订出护理策略;对照组12例,采用常规的护理方法。结果:观察组低血压发生率低于对照组,统计检验表明两者有显著性差异(P<0.0.5)。结论:通过动态监测的护理方式,以循证思维为基础的护理实践,达到了最佳的护理效果。
Objective： To diseuss the application of evidence - based nursing on preventing hemodialysis patients from hypotension. Methods：24 hemodialysis patients were randomly divided into two groups, 12 patients in the observeation group and 12 patients in the control group. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing. While in the observation group was managed by EBN to analyze question consult evaluate and formulate the nursing strategy. Results ：The hypotension rate was lower in the observed group compare with in the control group. There were significant statistical differences between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions： It achieve the best nursing effect by the application of dynamic monitoring, and the using of EBN thing as the base of the nursing practice.
