摘要
研究目的:结合胶州湾海底隧道连接线隧道下穿城市楼群爆破施工,对爆破振速进行监测并对监测数据进行分析,保证地面楼群的结构安全,同时对隧道施工过程中的控制爆破技术进行总结,为类似工程提供借鉴经验。研究结论:通过现场实践证明浅埋大跨隧道下穿城市楼群施工过程中,采用超前小导坑分部开挖控制爆破技术在保护地表建筑物安全方面效果是比较理想的;开挖过程中的爆破监测数据分析结果表明,爆破最大振速和主振频率均在允许控制范围内,爆破参数选择合理。采用三重复合式掏槽方式能够有效提高工效,控制单段最大装药量,降低爆破振速,有利于地面建筑物的保护。
Research purposes: The blasting vibration velocity was monitored and the monitoring data was analyzed for blasting the tunnel of the connecting line of the Kiaochow Bay Undersea Tunnel under - passing the building group in order to ensure the structure safety of the building group on the ground, and summary was also made on the blasting control technology for providing the preference to the similar projects. Research conclusions: The practice of construction showed the blasting control technology of advanced small pilot tunnel and sequential excavation used for the construction of shallow large span tunnel under - passing the building group was feasible to protect the safety of building group on the ground. The blasting monitored data showed that the largest blasting vibration velocity and main vibration frequency were in the allowable range, and the blasting parameters were reasonable. Application of the triple composite cutting method could improve the blasting efficiency, control the maximum charge per interval, reduce the blasting vibration velocity and benefit the protection of the buildings on the ground.
