摘要
目前,我国高等学校正不断地深化教育体制改革和人才培养模式改革,按类招生、按类培养,实现"厚基础、宽知识、重个性、强能力、高素质"的人才培养目标已成为高校教育体制改革的热点。然而,并不是所有高校都具备了按类招生的条件,尤其是地方高校不能盲目跟风,应结合学校的实际,科学规划,合理调整专业布局,深化课程内容和课程体系的改革,提高教师素质,改进教学方法,建立、健全按类招生相配套的教学管理制度和运行机制,才能更好地培养符合经济社会发展的复合型、创新型人才。
Presently,colleges and universities are continuously deepening educational system reform and reform in talent cultivating models.It becomes a hotspot in the educational system reform of colleges and universities to recruit and cultivate students according to different categories to carry out the talent cultivating objective of ＂solid foundation,wide knowledge,personalization,strong abilities,and high quality＂.Not every college or university,however,owns the condition for classified recruitment.Colleges and universities,especially local ones,should not follow suit blindly.They should make scientific plan and reasonable layout of majors combined with their realities,deepen the reform in curriculum contents and systems,improve teachers＇ qualities and methodology,and establish and better the teaching management system and operating mechanisms related with classified recruitment so as to cultivate inter-disciplinary talent and innovative talent that accord with the development of society and economy.
