摘要
以重庆市嘉陵江航运开发草街航电枢纽船闸工程为背景,在有限元程序ANSYS平台上,利用参数化设计语言(APDL)编制命令来对闸室结构的混凝土分层浇筑过程的温度场进行仿真分析,得到了闸室内各断面处的温度变化曲线及闸墙的温度场随时间的变化规律;提出了一些控制大体积混凝土温度的施工措施,并且在该工程中取得了较好的效果。结果表明所建立的有限元分析模型可以较真实地模拟大体积混凝土的浇筑温度场。
Based on the development of Chongqing Jialing River navigation lock Grass Street Navigation and Hydropower Engineering,on the finite element program ANSYS platform,using parametric design language(APDL) commands,we carried out the simulation analysis to the temperature field during layered pouring of concrete for the chamber structure,and obtained the section's temperature curve and variation law of the lock wall's temperature field with time.According to these results,we put forward proper construction measures for the control of the mass concrete temperature,which gained a satisfactory effect.It reveals that the finite element model is able to simulate well the pouring temperature field of mass concrete.
