摘要
于2010年7~9月对珠江水产研究所内养殖池塘的水质进行调查,分析探讨了池塘夏季氮的昼夜变化特征。研究结果表明:氨氮(NH+4-N)、无机氮(DIN)、总氮(TN)均存在明显的昼夜变化。水体NH+4-N与DIN浓度在14:00~18:00时段处于一天中的最低值,而在20:00后浓度逐步上升。3个池塘中,NH+4-N是DIN的主要形式,二者呈极显著正相关。单养罗非鱼的池塘水中NH+4-N和DIN浓度值显著高于其他两个混养鱼类池塘。TN浓度平均值在1.473~1.907 mg/L之间,其中DIN含量在TN中所占的比例不高。相关分析表明:水体NH+4-N、DIN含量较高的池塘,NH+4-N、DIN含量均与DO、pH、水温(T)呈极显著负相关,与电导率、溶解性总固体呈显著正相关。TN含量与DO、pH、T等环境因子之间无显著相关。
Diurnal fluctuations of ammonia nitrogen(NH+4-N),dissolved inorganic nitrogen (DIN),total nirogen(TN) of three fishponds at Pearl River Fisheries Research Institute were investigated from July to september in 2010.The results showed that the obvious diurnal variation of these parameters did exist.NH+4-N and DIN concentrations were low recorded between 14:00 and 18:00,while increased gradually since 20:00.NH+4-N was the main form of DIN at the three ponds,and a strong positive correlation was found between the two parameters.Values of NH +4-N and DIN concentration were higher at tilapia pond with monoculture model.Average values of TN concentration ranged from 1.473 to 1.907 mg/L, and DIN played only a small part in TN. The result of correlation analysis showed that NH+4-N and DIN were significant negative with DO,pH and water temperature (T),while significant positive with conductivity and total dissolved solids at ponds where NH+4-N and DIN concentrations were high.The relationship between TN and related environmental facors such as T,DO,pH were not significant.
