摘要
文章就加强房地产物业管理战略与合作态势发展角度进行阐述,首先概述了物业公司战略管理与行业发展趋势,然后明确了物业公司品牌建设的思路,最后陈述了物业管理行业战略发展初步形成的模式。
This paper explains the developing situation of strengthening the strategy and cooperation of the property management of real estate industry.It firstly summarizes the strategy management of property companies and the developing trend of this industry,then de-fine the ideas of the brand building of property companies,and finally represents the preliminary models of the strategic development of property management industry.
